The Dreiwiesellauf takes place in and around the Westenergie Auestadion in Wesel and is designed as a relay race. Teams of three runners form a relay, choosing from different distances: 3 x 7.5 km for the main race, 3 x 5 km for the youth race, and 3 x 1 km for the children's race. Additionally, walkers can participate as individual starters for 1 x 7.5 km. The race will be held on April 26, 2026, and offers a creative challenge, as the most creative team name will be awarded a prize.

Highlights

  • The relay runners run in succession and are counted as a team at the finish.
  • There are no age categories, which makes the competition equal for all participants.
